Are you and your employees quilters and sewers?
Yes! All our employees (including our bookkeeper incidentally!) have many years of garment sewing and quilting experience. I personally started by sewing my own clothes when I was about 10 years old and I haven’t stopped yet! We use the same notions we sell, offer only the books that we find useful, and only carry the highest quality fabrics we like to sew with ourselves! We can assist you with matching, coordinating and contrasting fabrics for your projects.

Do you have a real store that we can visit?
You can visit us at either of TWO locations! Our regular shop, which is the Internet shop, is open daily (except Sunday) for walk-in customers. Visit the shop at 19151 Goat Run - Honey Fork Rd., Logan, Ohio, on Mondays through Saturdays from 10am - 6pm.
OR, we have opened a second location as a mini-quilt shop within the Hocking River Emporium, 38 W. Main St., in downtown Logan, Ohio. This mini-quilt shop is primarily self-serve with fat quarter bundles, books, notions, quilting gifts, batting, etc. and is open 7 days a week. The clerks in this shop are not our employees and may have limited knowledge of quilting. If you need assistance, please take one of our business cards and call us. We wanted to have quilting products available locally and we were invited to open this mini-quilt shop in August 2005.

Can you special order any fabric or notion?
Of course! We love adding new items and fabrics to our offerings, especially if it is something that someone, like you, has already expressed an interest! Please email us at questions@honeyforkfabrics.com and we’d love to locate or quote a price for you on any of your sewing or quilting needs. There is no additional charge for special orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship to you anywhere in the world via US Postal Service. An international order under 4 pounds, will be shipped Global Priority Mail for $11.50 US (for those countries that permit it). We can creatively fold approximately 7 yards of broadcloth fabric or bubble-wrap two books in a large Global Priority flat rate envelope.
For other international countries we will ship Air Mail. The recipient is responsible for all duties, customs and taxes.

If I order through your site is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We accept credit cards online via SSL encryption. Your receipts are also processed by hand in our office. No one has access to your credit card information, except me (Ellen, the owner).

What if I don’t want to enter my credit card information on the Internet?
That is fine. You can conveniently place your order online, leaving the credit card information blank. Then call us with the credit card number and expiration date on Monday - Saturday 10am – 6pm EST.
OR you can print our your order and mail it to us at the address below with the necessary credit card information filled in. Remember to sign your order form!
OR print your order out and fax it to us 24 hours a day at 740-385-6072.
Once you place an order successfully with us and we have your credit card information on file, we can always pull your file and utilize the same information ONLY WITH YOUR APPROVAL. We will call to verify the order if necessary.

Can I pay for an order by personal check?
Yes. To place an order which will be paid for by personal check, simply print the order form, fill it out and mail it to us with your payment. Or to place your order completely online - make a notation in the Special Instructions portion that you will be paying by check and leave the credit card spaces blank.
International orders must be paid in US dollars with an International Money Order or drawn on a US bank. We also accept PayPal payments worldwide.

Once I place my order how long will it be before I can expect my purchases?
We strive to ship all orders the day after they are received in our shop. The exception of course would be on a Holiday (no Post Office deliveries) or on Sunday (we are closed on Sunday). If your order is domestic, you can expect to receive your package in 4-5 days excluding Sunday and any National Holiday. If any items are out of stock or there are any delays, we will email you. International orders can be expected anywhere from 5-7 days (Global Priority or Air Mail).

Can I return an item?
Absolutely! We have a 100% guarantee on all fabrics and notions we sell. If you find the item not to your satisfaction, please email or call us for further instructions. We will exchange or replace any NOTION that is returned in its original condition and with its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will replace or issue a credit for any FABRIC which is returned in unwashed, uncut condition within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
We regret that we cannot accept for return any books or patterns.

Can I send a purchase to someone as a gift?
Again, absolutely! If you have a Secret Pal who you know would like something specific, place your order online separately from you own order and fill in the Secret Pal name as the Mailing Address. In the Special Instructions section please give us their name and whether you are an anonymous sender. We will include a nice card with your wording.
We also offer a Gift Wrapping Service using various quilt printed paper. Email us and we can gift wrap your purchases at no charge!
OR you can purchase a Gift Certificate for your friend or relative in any denomination. Again, let us know their name and any wording for the gift card in the Special Instructions portion of the Online Order Form. There is no additional shipping charges to send the actual Gift Certificate.
